Welcome I’m Lili Sweet
I’m a Conscious Soul Coach with over eight years of professional coaching experience, and more than 25 years devoted to personal growth, healing, and inner transformation.
My path into this work wasn’t theoretical -it was lived.
I’ve moved through my own layers of emotional pain, trauma, and deep self-inquiry, and that journey shaped the way I now guide others: with great awareness, presence, compassion, clarity, and an unwavering belief in your capacity to heal and rise.
From the very beginning, my intention has been to support people holistically: mind, body, and soul,
so healing isn’t just understood, but embodied and lived.
Today, I work with clients locally in Montreal West and online internationally, supporting people from all walks of life who feel ready to understand themselves more deeply and create real, lasting change.
