Want to know more about me?  I have always thrived on exploring and creating!!! I am a manifesting generator after all!It is true that when you live in a state of alignment and connection, you get so much inspiration & downloads and I have learned so much exploring all these exciting things. I continue to learn and experience new things and expand my knowledge (even presently taking 2 additional coaching programs right now, being a perpetual student so I can always bring you new tools so I can be the best coach I can be. :)

Massage therapy has taught me greater presence and sense of connection to be more in tune to the energetics of the body and explore healing through somatic awareness more deeply.

Energy Healing Has taught me that this world is illusion and everything is energy. Energy is a language everyone has to learn and the body is like a super-computer that stores all the experiences /emotions and thoughts you've ever had. Womb Healing has taught me that women have been controlled for eons because a women who is connected to her womb and has activated her womb holds immense power. The power to magnetize her creations for herself and the collective. Making Guided Meditations on You tube is something I wish I had more time to invest in as it gives me the ability to reach and touch the lives of many souls and contribute to their expansion while leaving a lasting heritage behind me.

Here are other things I have dabbed into:

Photography (I had my own dark room at 12 years old!), Henna Arts (I used to own the biggest henna school in Canada), Painting, Singing Professionally (for 10 years! I released two albums on UK Labels, one day I will reignite this passion I sometimes miss)...And so many other things...

But nothing compares to my love for coaching and helping others on their expansion journeys...But I had to grow, learn, expand and heal so much before I could finally find myself here, able to guide you, and here I am...
